Orders and shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and ship from US warehouses. Most arrive within 3 to 7 business days after that.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.
Returns
What's your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for the details.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
Using our products
Are your products medical devices?
No. Quietmend products are general wellness and relaxation products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Is it safe for me to use?
Most people can enjoy our products, but if you're pregnant, have a medical condition, have had a recent injury or surgery, or use a pacemaker or other implanted device, please check with your doctor first. Always follow the included instructions, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
