30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Quietmend purchase. If you're not happy with it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, items that have been used on the body may not be eligible unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
How to start a return
Email us at support@quietmend.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address can't be processed.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You won't need to pay any return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
