Shipping policy

Free Shipping Across the US
Every order shipped within the United States ships free. No minimum spend.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time
Orders ship from warehouses within the United States and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We're not able to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time.

Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive tracking for each one.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or it shows delivered but you can't find it, email us at support@quietmend.com and we'll sort it out with the carrier.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
